 Return / Exchange Policy

  • If you order a KUSI Ring and need to exchange for a different size (same ring style only), you have 30 days since purchase to exchange for the correct size, and we will get you taken care of. The ring needs to be in its original packaging, and return shipment is paid by the buyer. Size exchanges will not be processed after 30 days from purchase.
  • If you decide you would like to exchange your KUSI Ring for a different color (same ring style only) within the first 14 days of receiving your ring, we will gladly exchange it for you. A $10 shipping/handling charge will be applied. Color exchanges will not be processed after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • If your KUSI Ring gets damaged or breaks, we will replace the ring for free, however, you will be charged a tiny $10 shipping/handling cost. 
  • If you have purchased a KUSI Ring from an authorized retailer: KUSI ring amazon website and KUSI rings eBay website (other than the Official kusishop.com website), and your ring gets damaged or you want to exchange it, please send us your damaged ring and proof of purchase, and we will ship you a replacement ring. A $12 shipping/ handling charge will be applied.
  • The Warranty only applies to KUSI products that have been purchased at an authorized KUSI retailer (kusishop.com, the official KUSI eBay website, or the official KUSI Amazon website).
